We love your furry companions and welcome up to three per apartment home. There is a pet fee of $300 per animal and a pet rent of $25 per month. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums per our pet addendum.

Our community offers gated access. Each resident receives a code or fob to enter the gate. Guests visiting Amavi Aster Ridge residents can be provided with a temporary code for entry.

We offer guest parking spots throughout the community, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I submit regular and after-hours maintenance requests at Amavi Aster Ridge?
We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 1 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.
How do residents receive packages at Amavi Aster Ridge?
If your package is delivered by USPS, it will be placed in your designated outdoor mailbox. For all other carriers, the package will be delivered to your front door.

At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com.

How much is the deposit at Amavi Aster Ridge? What additional fees do I need to be aware of when renting a home?
At Amavi Aster Ridge there are one-time fees that include an application fee of $75, an administrative fee of $300, and a pet fee of $300 per pet. There is a community bundle fee of $50/month, and a bulk WiFi fee of $55/month.

We will accept Section 8 vouchers for those wanting to apply; however, each tenant has to qualify income-wise.
How do I pay rent?
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.
